    My device is showing an error code. What should I do?

    Check the troubleshooting section of your instruction manual first. If the issue continues, call 1800-419-0492 or email callcentre@omron.com.

    Do OMRON blood pressure monitors need calibration?

    No. OMRON Automatic Blood Pressure Monitors do not require calibration. We recommend having the device inspected every 2 years. Inspection is free within the warranty period. A service fee applies after the warranty period ends.

    How do I register my warranty?

    Is my product covered if purchased overseas?

    No. OMRON devices are covered by local warranty only. Products purchased overseas or from unauthorised resellers are not eligible for warranty service in India.

    Where do I get my device repaired?

    Find your nearest authorised service centre using our Service Network Directory.

    Is there a charge for repair?

    No charge if your product is within the warranty period. A service fee applies for out-of-warranty products, excluding the cost of replacement parts.
