Shipping Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Partial Shipments

In certain cases, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro & Tier 1 cities: 3 business days
  • Tier 2 & other locations: 5 to 7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions or regional restrictions. Deliveries are made only on business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays, unless otherwise specified by the courier partner. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons, promotional events, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery timelines may be extended.

Delivery Attempts

We offer free shipping across all categories. Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed after the designated attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect contact details, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

Damaged Package at Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, customers should refuse acceptance and immediately contact our customer support team.

Proof of Delivery

Delivery confirmation provided by the courier partner shall be considered proof of successful delivery.

Force Majeure

OMRON Healthcare India shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.

Non-Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across India, covering most serviceable pin codes. However, we recommend checking the availability for your pincode in the option available under each product. Certain remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable despite being within India. Customers will be informed in such cases, and any applicable refund will be processed.

Incorrect Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and email address for shipment-related communication. OMRON Healthcare India shall not be responsible for delivery delays arising from incorrect or unreachable contact details. The address and contact details cannot be changed or edited after placing the order.

Tracking Responsibility

Once you place your order, you will receive the shipping and tracking details through email and WhatsApp message.

Out-of-Stock Items

In case an item is out of stock or unavailable after the order is placed, customers will be informed and an appropriate refund or alternative solution will be provided.

Return & Refund Linkage

This Shipping Policy should be read in conjunction with our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy. By placing an order on the website, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
