The Omron HBP 1320 digital BP monitor is a professional BP device with a higher capacity for repeated measurements when compared to a home blood pressure monitor. The device is a battery (rechargeable)-operated and allows 300 measurements with a single charge. It is also shockproof and comes with an ergonomic design making handling convenient. The device operates on the oscillometric method and the pressure is also adjustable. HBP 1320 comes with two arm cuffs in the sizes medium and large.

RA Comments

1. The area of PDP is 368.00 cm2, therefore as per Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules,2011, under sub rule (2) & (3) of Rule 7, the height and width of the numerals and letters should not less than 2.5 mm and 0.83 mm respectively. (Excluding the numeral “1” and letters (i), (I) and (l).
2. The word (U) shall be removed from the declaration of “Net Quantity”.
3. As per Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules,2011, under sub rule (2) & (3) of Rule 7, the area surrounding the “Net quantity” declaration shall be free from printed information in following manner:
   Above and below by space equal to or at least the height of the numeral in the declaration.
   To the left and right by a space at least twice the height of numeral in the declaration.
4.  As per Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules,2011, under sub rule (11) of Rule, the unit sale price should be as in below format:
   MRP Rs. XXXX.00 (Incl. of all taxes) for 1 Blood Pressure Monitoring Device
   Individual units not for sale. To be sold as a complete set.
5. The format of month and year for manufacturing and Export shall be the first three letters of month followed by four digits of year, e.g if the manufacturing month and year for manufacturing/Import is September 2024 then format shall be as SEP 2024
6. It is advisable to provide complete details of MRP Labels in form of Bar Code As well. This is referring to the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, under sub rule (1) (a) & (b) of Rule 8, There shall be a barcode on the panel.
7. It is advisable please keep PDP free from any other text so that the MRP label does not overlap with other text.
